• Payment of the posture safe Backrest or Legrest is payable prior to delivery.
• The 60 day trial will commence from the date of delivery.
• The 60 day trial is only applicable to mainland UK unless agreed prior to delivery in writing by GKG SOLUTIONS LTD.
• Only the Backrest and Legrest are offered on a 60 day trial. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• During the 60 day trial should you wish to exchange the Back or Legrest, the new product will not be eligible for the 60 day trial.
• Delivery charges are non refundable.

• In the unlikely event you wish to return your posture safe Backrest or Legrest you have to contact us within the 60 days.
• To return the posture safe Backrest or Legrest you must contact our customer service team who will be happy to help on 01299 832020.
• You can only return the posture safe Backrest or Legrest if it is in an unsoiled and undamaged condition and this must be received at GKG SOLUTIONS LTD within the 60 day period.
• On return the Backrest or Legrest may be liable for a 15% restocking fee if free delivery has been applied.
• You will be responsible for arranging return to GKG SOLUTIONS LTD and for your own protection we would recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
• You must ensure the returned goods are adequately packed to protect them from being damaged or soiled during transportation. We suggest you keep your original packaging or you can purchase additional packaging from our customer service department when you arrange return at a cost of £25.
• When the products are unpacked, should they be found to be soiled or damaged, the products will be returned to you, and the total amount of the product becomes payable.
• All returned packages must be individually and clearly marked with your NAME, POSTCODE and Invoice/Return Order number.

Payment must be made in full. 

• If a refund is due, you will be refunded by the same method by which payment was made.
• We endeavour to process your refund quickly, please allow up to 25 days from return.
• In the event of dispute with regard to any contract between parties, the English courts would have jurisdiction.
